Current Despatch time is 2-3 working days after payment has cleared.
An e-mail will be sent to you to let you know that your painting has been depatched.
We use Parcel Force special delivery which requires a signature for paintings that measure 60x40cm or below.
All parcels that are wider than 60cm we use parcel force standard delivery. Which we then insure for the value of the painting.
If you're not in when you're parcel arrives, it will be held for you at your local Post Office or sorting office.
We also offer (wherever possible) multiple-purchase discounts on P&P

If it fails to do so a full refund or exchange will be given.
The Item must be returned within 7 Days of receipt.
This Returns Policy DOES NOT APPLY to Portraits or any other painting made specifically to a customers requirement unless damaged.
The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
